Resolved

Between 5:28 PM IST on 2 June and 12:08 PM IST on 3 June, our application WhatsApp By Gupshup did not process some incoming messages correctly.

Messages were being received successfully from the provider, but they were not being matched correctly by our webhook systems and were therefore not forwarded to Journeys.

The issue has now been resolved.

We are working on additional safeguards to prevent similar issues in the future and to detect such incidents sooner.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
