The following issue is now resolved, it was due to a policy upgrade requirement which has now been fulfilled.

We’re currently experiencing an issue where Facebook Messenger and the Facebook app are unavailable due to a recent Facebook policy change. As a result, you may not receive triggers and/or API calls from Facebook until the issue is resolved.
Our team has escalated this to Facebook and we are actively awaiting their resolution. We will keep you updated on any progress.
